Welcome to Spatial HR, an Apple Watch and iPhone application developed and operated by PanQu Capital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The App takes heart rate and allows other devices to connect to the iPhone by using Bluetooth.

By accessing or using our App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and confirm your understanding of our disclaimer of liability. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Spatial HR app. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms, without limitation or qualification.

Use of the App

- License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the App for both personal and commercial purposes.

- User Conduct: You are responsible for all activities conducted through your use of the App. You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, or harms the Company, its service providers, suppliers, or any other user.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any liabilities arising from the fitness or wellness activities you engage in while using the App, any data loss, or the unauthorized access to or use of your personal information.

Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
