By using the Ai Santa application ("the App"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Ai Santa provides a service that allows users to interact with a fake artificial intelligence Santa in augmented reality (AR) through a chat system. The App includes ads.

Advertisements

The App uses Unity Ads for advertising. By using the App, you agree to receive advertisements.

Data Collection and Privacy

The App uses Firebase as its database system. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about what data we collect and how we use and protect it.

User Conduct

Users must not misuse the App or behave in a way that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to you.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of your use of the App will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App company is located.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The App company disclaims all warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The App company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chat Disclaimer

The responses from our AI-powered Santa are generated by an artificial intelligence system and are intended for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind and should not be relied upon for decision-making. While we strive to provide fun and engaging interactions, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, products, services, or related graphics provided by the AI within the App. Any reliance placed on such information is therefore strictly at the user's own risk.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use the App after the terms have been modified, you are agreeing to be bound by the modified terms.
